It gives me immense pride and satisfaction to welcome you to USS (Uphar Seva Sadan) Nursing Home Private Limited. What started as a small seva-driven idea in the village of Chetan Parsa, Shankar Dih, has today grown into a nursing home dedicated to serving the people of Saran district and beyond with honesty, care and dedication.

Healthcare in rural Bihar has always faced challenges — limited access, high costs and a shortage of trained care. USS was founded to change this reality. Our aim has never been just to run a nursing home, but to build a foundation of trust where every patient, regardless of their background, receives the dignity and treatment they deserve.

Every member of our team, from our nursing staff to our support workers, shares one common belief — that service to people is service to God. This philosophy is the true meaning behind the name "Uphar Seva Sadan," a home of giving and service.
